Sealed bids for this project will be received by the Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority (LAFA) by either registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested at the physical or mailing address provided herein or by hand delivery at the physical address until July 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids, except in accordance with the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.. Bids will be opened at that time in the Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium located at the physical address. Bids shall not be accepted by any form of delivery on days recognized as holidays by the U. S. Postal Service.
