The Structural Pest Control Commission is a statutory commission that administers the provisions of Part VI, Structural Pest Control of the Louisiana Pesticide Law. Those provisions include adopting Rules and Regulations for qualifications and examinations for licenses, registration, and permits required to engage in business or apply pesticides for structural pest control work and to hold hearings and conduct investigations and impose civil penalties or the injunctive relief to violators.
